Professor/Teacher:They are having the roles of providing learning to the personal in theinstitution but at the other hand Assistant academic helps the teacher by scheduling timely lessonand evaluating the performance of student at regular interval (Lekberg and et.al., 2018).Dean:Dean of the institution is responsible for taking the management decision and involves indiscussion with the faculty in deciding the upcoming step to take forward the academics in theinstitution, on the other hand Assistant academic only assist the dean to schedule the academicprogram on time.Manager:Manager has a responsibilities to lead the institution by his leadership skill and makesure of the quality assurance in the firm by regularly evaluating the performance of theinstitution but on the other hand Assistant academic helps manager in doing that by providingfeedback of activities going in the institution.TASK 2Meaning of team dynamic:it helps to work in team rather than an individual. it provides thenature of work provided by team. It affects the behaviour of an individual (Kozlowski, 2015).Working with a team gives new ideas and innovation. Working with a team gives a healthyenviornment. In team dynamic two or more people working together to achieve specific goal.itinfluences the behaviour. It depends on nature and personalities within the team.
