supports or creates barriers to community development work.
Solution- Management structure perform an important role for an organisation and this aids to
perform all work by considering actions that improve company efficiency. Structure, purpose,
philosophy and policy support community development work. In context of junction support
service, management incorporate and develop structure that delegate an organisation into
different categories for completing work according to centralised and decentralised manner. To
perform work in an appropriate manner respective service sector aids to complete all task by
making decisions at a region level that support to perform work in minimum time-period. This
results issue or barrier are minimised through adopting and performing work according to
divisional structure because it helps to delegate all roles and operations in an appropriate
manner. So by completion of work with decided step or action it is easy to develop community
by minimising barrier. Example- Delegation of role issue is reduced by dividing work in proper

Question) Why may lack of understanding be a barrier to interacting with a community?
Solution- Lack of understanding to perform work with policy process is the major barrier that
generate challenges for community development. Management and governance structure is a
complex factor to understand for those individual who are engaged from outside the
organisation. So for overcome from the challenges related with lack of understanding
