The aim of this report is to discuss the person to a commodity in a market full of
competition. In this regard, the person will be compared to a community or product which is
being introduced in the market. Despite the fact that the human skills have nothing similar to
those of the products, but thinking oneself to be the product in the competitive market make
the persons enable to keep themselves upgraded with the changing situation and time. This
report will be discussing the features of the human product with all the features as well as
specifications in the market perfectly matching the demand of the market. In addition to this,
the product will be shown with the glimpse of future availability so that changes can be
brought more easily. In spite of having various viabilities, the acceptance of this human
product will not get reduced.
Thinking oneself as product has several positive outcomes which include proper
understanding of proper competitive features, assets , benefits and liabilities that can be
improved upon each and every year that help in differentiating oneself from the others and
creating oneself as the personal brand. Making the personality as the backbone of the creating
personal branding system can help the product to be introduced successfully in the market. In
this regard, the skills and capabilities need to be showcased properly so that the companies
which are expecting a human force to be effective in their operations can understand the
abilities and hire me in their organostions as an asset.
I, before introducing myself as the product in the job market has understood the
personal SWOT properly so that the capabilities and scopes are clearly visible in the process
in one hand and I can understand the level of competition properly. In order to trade with
confidence and security I can sell myself as a product in the job market. I am a professional
accountant therefore I know the financial issues related to the business in depth which is an
essential criteria for the employees in this competitive world of business. First of all it is
mandatory to state that I have one short goal and a long goal to achieve in which to get hired

by a reputed company as a senior accountant is the short goal. This due to because, I have the
long goal of setting my own start up within 15 years where I will be applying my professional
knowledge properly. In this regard, I have developed certain strengths which include my
managerial skills, communication skills, creativity skills, planning skills, budgeting skills and
relationship building skills. My personal strengths involves the abilities to be creative and
innovating in the finding of solution of the problems and decision making. In addition to this,
the strengths in me are promoted as I am an open minded person which creates scope for
getting an extra leverage in comparison to other competitors. Being open to the new and
innovative ideas paves the path for becoming adaptive to the new situations that gives the
products competitive advantage to be upgraded all the time. Creativity and in ovation are the
tools which help me to advance my career. And allow me stand out in the environment as this
is knowledge intensive quality exemplifying my education as well as other capabilities. There
is a less scope for an accountant to apply creativity but I keep myself updated with the
introduction of newer tools and techniques of financial works of the business and their utility
in the business of all over the world. These tools that I try to use are mainly supported with
the technological advancement of the world and has helped me to embrace the new
innovative measure of accounting. Therefore, if I get hired in the company I will be using
those tools that can reduce time and resource use in the production or operation of the firm.
As mentioned before I have quite in depth understanding of the subject hence have
access to the resources needed for the successful operation of the company. In the
competitive world of business resources are the capital as the better resources I have the
better chances I will get the upper hand on the competitors. Despite the fact that resources are
essential for the growth of any persons as well as for the companies, I can contribute my
company with any type of support that I have developed through the educational knowledge.
It is one of the most important factor that the companies need these knowledge so that the
