Retention of Ashwani in MD Solutions
As Ashwiani is very effective employees of the company Manish has decided to retain
Ashwani in the company fulfil the upcoming SKS project (Devi and Krishna, 2016). Due to
Ashwani's efficient work SKS increased their trust on him and that also benefited company's
overall growth with high profit margins. Company need to change the HR policies for Ashwani
in order to retain him as he is the most efficient employees in the organization whoo can manage
all the projects. He is the team leader of three teams of 12 members each.
MD solutions should allow Ashwani work from home and 15 days in Noida office which
will help company to manage all the immediate issues and increase efficiency to finish SKS
project on time. MD Solutions also need to compensate all travelling cost of Ashwani from
Bangalore to Noida. As the company will allow to reimburse all the amount of Ashwani which
will also help Ashwani to be retained and focus on providing training to its team to operate on
virtual setting to increase their performance. As SKS project is very essential for the company it
is also very important for the HR manager (Alok) to develop effective incentive system for
employees to increase their motivation and reduce their work from home effectively (Van
Dierendonck and et.al., 2016). Company also need to provide effective compensatory work to
employees which will increase opportunities to earn more and also motivate them to increase
their performance to finish all the tasks on time to finish SKS project effectively.
