leaders before starting their operation of a day (West, 2015). Leader provide a list to its
employees which depict about the use of proper technique, conveying process and other
procedures. These group leaders also create such an environment which influence other to think
imaginative and work toward their development. Leader also contribute toward developing a
healthy relationship between representative and manager. This help in developing a sense of
collaboration among them so that underlying group objectives can be achieved.
