and proving reflection accordingly. Further, Explaining factors that influence the referral process
and Devise an Action Plan which enables to Identify own strengths and areas for improvement in
relation to one-to-one teaching and learning situations. Action Plan opportunities to improve
own skills in relation to one-to-one teaching and learning situations. Evaluating the effectiveness
of own practice in relation to one-to-one teaching and learning situations.

Furthermore it leads to the positive and effective outcomes for the learner. I acknowledge that in
the multi-agency work it is important to deliver the clear information to the people and develop
better understanding among the people for addressing various issues in effective as well as
efficient manner. I have certain opportunity as I am having the capability of observing the
people and determine their values along with this capability I am able to deliver the feedbacks to
the people for improving their skills and knowledge for the further development of their
personality. The feedback can be positive as well as negative too. beside all this I have
capability to monitor the numbers of the people for accomplishing the personal as well as
professional goal in short period of time(Tengberg, and Valencia, 2018).
The monitoring will be effective for providing guidance to the large numbers of people. due to
