conditions. It includes the examples of suitable companies in terms of negative and positive
aspects of working conditions. Further, it will cover the code of conducts that need to follow by
both employees as well as employers. In addition, the name of the government bodies in light of
the issues will also cover in the report. At end, it will include a CPD plan in order to identify
suitable actions and their future implications.

Workplace conditions have become a major concern for the entities in current time. Each
and every company strives to maintain positive working conditions at the workplace. However,
there are ample of issues such as conflicts, decrease the productivity, termination, high turnover,
decreased satisfaction etc. These issues create problem within the company that direct affect the
