well. Due to workplace discrimination employee may be under valued and this is one of the major reason of
minimised involvement and efficiency as well.

Recommendations
In terms of recommendations this is recommended that ASDA is required to develop their business with such
policies that they can mitigate practices of discrimination within premises so that business benefits can be earned
and at the same time market of prominence can be earned. Besides this there are various equality policies which
are required to be used so that organisation may develop and acquire significant edge as well. On the other hand
management of the organisation is required to watch out some indirect discrimination practices so that they can
minimise such practices and lead to develop their business in appropriate manner.
