Define incident which make you work for this project
A worker has been reported to dropped equipment on his foot in school premises. The
worker enter in school laboratory and start picking up the equipments to clean and manage the
area equipped with heavy tools and instruments. The worker ends up to fall down the heavy
instrument on his foot and hurt himself extremely (Erduran and et. al., 2022).
Define the first response to the incident and service provided accordingly
Service provider's first respond to the incident by taking worker to the hospital for check
up of injuries and warned the school management to be more conscious and focused about such
incidents and take steps to avoid such accidents. School management is ordered to install
handling procedure chart in laboratory to assist and guide workers.
Describe the documentation which was framed and submitted under safe work practices
According to safe work practices; a report has been prepared on frequency of harmful
incidents by mentioning affect of accidents on physical health of workers. Then documents were
supposed to submitted to higher authorities of service management (Lyons, 2019).

To take follow-up of the incident WHS provided financial support to family for expenses
of treatment and medicines for the worker.

hazardous consequences they can suffer and guide them to operate tools cautiously. In order to
