Workplace integrity is the foundation of ethics in workplace. There are certain
characteristics that the workplace integrity provides in terms of guiding values of the company, a
positive intent and patterns of optimistic though that leads to ethical business conduct. It is
important to note that all those factors will help the organisation to foster a business ethics.
However, business ethics in a dynamic concept. Therefore, for introducing diversity in
workplace some important and relevant ethical approaches are required such as the cause and
effect approach, fundamental rights approach and organisational justice. The cause and effect
approach will provide rationality at work. The fundamental rights will help to safeguard the
rights of the employees and organisational justice will formulate an equality among all the
employees irrespective of their class, designation, race, ethnicity, gender, religion and so on.
