Project name and description The project selected for the development of the project status report is ‘Refurbishment of Residential Complex by UYI Constructions’ and it involves the renovation of the residential complex by the organization of UYI Constructions. The completion of the works by the utilization of the project management tools for forming the plan for renovation works. The renovation works would include the fixing of the floors, lights, and paints of the residential complex. The project performance can be understood as the project completed till date. The activities of the requirement analysis, contractor recruitment, PID documentation, charter planning, project initiation meeting, sign off, activity listing, resource identification, scheduling activities, plan approval, clearing of the complex, repairing the floor, fixing electricity, and damps and breaks are repaired have been completed by 3/31/19. The wall paintings have been completed by 33% of the total works. Rest of the work like infrastructure re-modification, fans, lights, and switches are installed, safety equipment are reinstalled, renovation work completed, final documentation, monitoring and evaluation, review and sign off, and closure have not even started yet.
