Task 1
The situation has to be dealt with properly before taking any actions. This would ensure
that proper inform action is being gathered before taking any step. I am the team leader of my
group. As a team lead, I have to make sure that I initiate a proper communication system among
the group members. I will make sure that they are no interruptions taking place in the
communication process of my group member. I will make sure that the communication is taking
place right from the grass root level. All my team members must being able to discuss all their
issues at any point in time. I will develop an individual conversation system that will enable the
team members to have password protected channel of flowing down their concerns to the
respective place.
This procedure will be used by all the team embers the tenure and also the fresher. As per
my understanding, this method will really be very helpful in removing all the communication
barriers that might come up. I will also make sure that there is a free-flowing consultation
process as well. As a team, the leader I need to make sure that I am involving the entire members
of the team in my decision-making process. In order to do this, I have to convey all the messages
to the employees and then take their feedback as well.
I will make use of the methods like meetings, surveys, feedbacks, memos, reports,
manuals, and other such materials. This will help my team members to convey their thoughts
ideas and any other concerns through the written forms of communication. I have to keep in
mind that there are many employees who might initially feel shy or hesitant in communicating
face to face. So the written or the non -verbal forms of communication and consultation will
really be very helpful for them.

I will communicate all the important pros and cons of the work responsibilities to my
staffs. I will also take into consideration that these messages are being communicated to each and
every employee at the right time and through the right channels. I will also select the time of
communicating these messages very carefully. The messages will be communicated to them
during the halftime or intermission of their shifts. This will ensure that the employees have
already managed half of their work so it will not be difficult for them to pay attention to the list
of work responsibilities that are being floated down to them.
I would suggest that in order to achieve effective communication, employees must know
how to respect each other. They must not use any demeaning or derogatory words. They have to
develop a feeling of respect, understanding, and cooperation with each other. I will also train my
team members to think and gather proper information before passing any comments.
Task 2
I will be developing a policy called the Developing trust and confidentiality policy. This
policy will be mainly aimed at initiating workplace equality, justice, and discipline. Each and
every employee will have to abide by the rules that will be enlisted under this policy. I will make
sure that none of my team members are suffering from a lack of moral support or low
confidence. I believe myself to be an empathetic and a transformation leader. So, I will make use
that my employees are able to enjoy trust and confidence both internally and externally as well.

The legislation, internal code of conduct or other policies related to this one.
I will create a code of conduct that will have to be followed by all the team members. It
will be the duty of the tenure members to make sure that they are helping the fresher to
understand this code of conduct and follow the same.
Each and every member has to recognize and respect the cultural differences existing
between the employees. This difference must be treated as one of the biggest assets of the
organization. Each and every employee must know how to use this as a positive aspect.
There must be unconditional respect among all the staffs. I will make sure that none of the
employees are becoming the victim of any cultural, social, economic or religious biases. There
will be equal opportunities given to each and every employee working within the organization.
People coming from the different cultural background will have to cope with each other.
All the employees will have to attend the cross-cultural comp0etce seminars and
programs. They will have to help each other grow and develop rather than demeaning the
differences that are existing among one another.
Promotions or any kinds of rewards will be given to the employees irrespective of their
socio-cultural backgrounds. This reward system will be done based on the merit and the
performance of the employees
•Cultural diversity policies.
I will make sure that none of the employees are being bullied because of their cultural or
ethnic backgrounds. There will be strict penalties against employees if they are found insulting
