This is also useful for explaining the effective transformation about the workplace involving
several personalities associated with the business that is employees, working culture, techniques,
methods, and many more. This entire work is concluded by aiming towards the efficient
workplace transformation to improvise the BOOTS organizational growth in an effective
manner. Different types of workplace transformation activities are analyzed here for facilitating
several opportunities to develop the respective firm and the relative working culture. Workplace
transformation is generally considered responsible for all the firms in order to grow the business
of BOOTS up to a significant level. This research work is efficient for explaining the primary
stages concern to the entire lifecycle of the project for developing a successful business project.

There come out several supportive measures which are required to be involved
respectively for train the entire transformation procedures. The various supportive
analysis is responsible for suitably completing the project along with efficiently

coming into contact thus this will be very supportive for the individuals to stay away
from each other physically but being together through the collaborative workplace
transformation thus this is referred to as the effective growth feature towards a firm into
effective manner (Fogarty, 2020).
There come out several supportive measures which are required to be involved
respectively for train the entire transformation procedures. The various supportive
analysis is responsible for suitably completing the project along with efficiently
managing entire individuals. Support is always provided towards the entire workplace
transformation project in reference to the relative insights obtained from the respective
findings (Georgiadou et al. 2020).
All the relative issues or problems are primarily concerned while retaining the entire
transformation work or project in the BOOTS organization. Several measures that can
severely affect the project are generally considered in an efficient way so as to not create
any sort of critical issues to the system and its functioning (Fogarty, 2020).
Reflective practice
In respect to complete this report, to examine and measure each and every situation that comes at
the time of conducting all the actions. It is the primary section of Gibbs model, in which I have discussed
about the framework of several conditions that I have faced at the time of conducting this research. The
following study will based on the manner that how workplace can be improved if I become HR. As for
completion of this report, I have discussed about Diverse and Inclusive workplace that are utilized in base
of management to retain their workers. I have utilized WBS and Gantt chart to divide all actions as per to
their manner. Further, I have faced particular terms of the challenges at the time of completing this report
on time.

report, I have varied manner of work to do. At the time of research, I was quite happy to do this
investigation. Hence, I have faced varied manner of issues at HR post in management in terms of lack of
interest of people, deficiency of financial resources and so on. On the other hand, I have learned several
HR skills in terms of communication skills and time management skills that supports me in completing
this investigation on time. It is the future stage, in that investigator is taking an evaluation and suitable
response. In this section, I have measured several sections that are good or bad. I have develop qualitative
term of work that include the ethical consideration section, project purpose and objectives, literature
review and so on to gather effective data about HR topics. Further, I am utilizing primary and secondary
data collection method in respect to collect true and reliable data. But some of the things that will not
maintain the deficiencies of the time management, deficiencies of the financial resources and so on.
Hence, I have performed the manner of the issues and accomplish the task aims in an efficient way. In
this section, investigator is making conclusion for development and challenges faced at a time of this
research. At the time of conducting this research, I have gone through diverse stage in which there are
particular challenges and problems. As such challenges supports me in working on my weaknesses and
learning something new and also accomplishing target aims and targets. It will related to making success

equality in between individual’s gender, age, religion, pregnancy, disability marriage, ethnicity, and many
more aspects towards the transformation of the workplace. This works completely supports the BOOTS
organization's behavior towards the recruitment among individuals based on several aspects infect they
need to remain equal towards men’s and women’s respectively. BOOTS organizations should treat the
individuals with proper equality to deliver the insights of this report in an effective manner. BOOTS
organization needs to have an efficient promotional practice to encourage the employees associated with
it for a superior growth of the organization. BOOTS should also discriminate against its employees while
transforming its workplaces based on several aspects like marriage, sex, religion, and several others.
