INTRODUCTION
Workplace transformation is the process of enhancing flexibility at workplace by using latest and
updated technology. In addition it also helps in enhancing the creativity of workers which further
facilitate innovation and development efficiently. The COVID-19 has changes the work pattern. During
the lockdown time, majority of the companies manage their work via digital platforms
Barclays is multination bank, headquartered in London. The company is majorly known for the financial
serviced they offer. In 1896, the bank was established with an aim to provide necessary financial
assistance to the people. It operates in two division ; Barclays UK and Barclays international.

Project aims and objectives
 Project aim: “To identity the way workplace transformation is taking place
within organizations due to COVID, 19”. A study on Barclays
 Research Objectives:
 To develop knowledge regarding the concept of workplace transformation along
with the impact of COVID-19 on transformation practices.
 To analyze the challenges faced by Barclays while transforming workplace in
COVID time.
 To structure suitable strategies to deal with the challenges of workplace
transformation due to COVID-19 at Barclays.
