better team management and improvements in productivity as well.

provides the technical and networking services to their clients. They
need to transform its workplace in regards with the cultural diversity
during pandemic. This is because covid 19 has led to the lay off of
employees and high employee turnover. That is why it is important for
the company to transform its workplace by making the positive working
culture and management of staff diversity as well. There are different
types of people who have assorted backgrounds and values along with
the education and attitudes. These are required to be managed in an
effective and efficient manner.

and that is why company though of workplace transformation in terms

workplace transformation. Improvement in remote working is one of the
strategy in which the organization must install the team management

proper interaction among the team members of the company. Company
must conduct the market research about the competitors that how they
are managing in order to maintain the competitive edge in the market
place. Culture management must be improved wile conducting the
management activities in remote working so that proper engagement
can be made among the employees.

questionnaire research strategy. Research time horizon consist of two
areas that are cross sectional and longitudinal. The research will choose
the cross sectional that is short term investigation research time
horizon. Research techniques and procedures consist of two areas that
are primary and secondary. The research will choose the both primary
and secondary research data collection methods.
