I have chosen this project because pandemic has spoiled most of the businesses.
Therefore, its impact and strategies to overcome the negative impact is to be
studied. It is in my personal interest as business management is my key area. I
want to improve my research and written communication skills along with the
time management and problem solving behavior. This topic is important because
it not only helps the organization in coping up the negative impact on workplace
transformation but has also assisted me in my academic as well as in my
