Introduction
Workplace transformation is the strategy of reconsidering of flexible working
environment in order to accommodate diverse kinds of work and technologies. Now a day,
corporate offices are adopting the change and meeting the evolving working strategies in order to
accomplish their goals and objectives. The major external event which has transformed the
workplace is covid 19 pandemic. By this, any of the organisation has transformed their places
and using of evolving technologies and process (Aroles and et. al., 2021). The organisation
chosen within this report is Deloitte. It is the multinational professional service network which is
working in over 150 countries. It was founded in the year 1845. the report includes a research
aim and objectives, research questions, PMP (project management plan), literature review.
Further, it includes data analysis and findings and research methodology.

Scope : The scope of present study is that workplace transformation is the development
of organisation process and the techniques. It is the process of creating growth
opportunities for the employees and to organisational as well. So, that is why the scope of
this project is broad (Baumgartner, Hartl and Hess, 2021).
Cost : The cost is related with the amount spend on conducting this research. The cost
comes is $1000. it is useful in getting information through primary and secondary sources
of data.

chart and WBS in order to complete this research in a shorter time period. Further, these

information, lack of time management and lack of financial resources. So, these will be
overcome by conducting secondary research because it involves less cost and if primary

for them. Further, now a days, for becoming a productive place, company needs to work on the
digital transformation and provide their employees a flexible working hours. Also, company
should provide more training related to the new technologies coming in the organisation.

Yes, I am succeeded in accomplishing research aim and objectives. In this task which is
undertaken are project aim and objectives, primary and secondary research, project
management plan and data interpretations and finding. Further, conclusions and

recommendation is made.
What aspects of your development process do you think worked well and why? Evaluate
all aspects of the project from a range of perspectives.
The aspects which comes in development process are data interpretation part because
respondents are ready to answers the questions.
What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was there timely
identification of issues and resolution during the project process?
Problems occurred while this project is lack of financial resources and lack of time
management. This can overcome by conducting secondary research and using of Gantt chart in
order to complete it in shorter time period. And also secondary data brings true and reliable
information.

I have learned communication skills and research skills and analytical skills

Some of the strengths are communication skills and some of the weakness are time
