This research proposal aims to analyze the significance of workplace transformation in the era of digitalization, in term of workers efficiency of an organization to be competitive and determine the impacts of workplace transformation on Broadsword Event House. It determines the concept of digital workplace transformation, investigates the digital workplace transformation contributing in the employee's efficiency, discusses the impact of digital age on a business or an organization, and recommends strategies for long-term competitiveness in the market. The research methodology includes both qualitative and quantitative methods, thematic data analysis, and ethical considerations. The data analysis includes themes such as employee experience with digital transformation strategies, satisfaction with company approaches, and the impact of digital workplace transformation on employee efficiency. The research recommends that workplace transformation contributes to employees' skills and efficiency and suggests that organizations need to be hyper-inclined to change adoptions and get their employees ready to abide with changes.
