This research project aims to identify the importance of workplace transformation in improving efficiency of employees to attain competitive advantages. The study focuses on Coca Cola as a case study. The research questions explore the knowledge about workplace transformation, the importance of workplace transformation in improving efficiency of employees within Coca Cola to attain competitive advantages, and the various practices of workplace transformation that could be taken by Coca Cola in improving employee’s efficiency. The research methodology includes a deductive approach, survey method, and quantitative data analysis. The output of the research will help organizations to understand the importance of workplace transformation and its impact on employee efficiency.
