Technology is changing now a days in every organisations. It is essential to change
according to the needs and demands of customers and employees. With a help of workplace
transformation, company can be able to make alteration in their processes, techniques and
technologies. In current era of global pandemic, company's are changing their working
environment and talent management procedure (Webb, McQuaid, and Webster, 2021). There are
certain strategies which could be used by organisations in order to enhance their productivity
such as remote working, use of digital marketing etc. this report is based on Ernst & Young
company which is a multinational professional services network which was founded in the year
1989. This report includes research aim and objectives, literature review, research methodology
and data analysis.

Rationale
The rationale of choosing this topic in research is that workplace transformation is
helping in providing flexibility to the working environment. It is a changing process of every

organisation that they have to adopt new technologies and processes in their working
environment (Żuk, Żuk, and Pluciński, 2021). Workplace transformation is helping the
organisation in development of their productivity an enhancing change in their techniques and
technologies. During this current era of global pandemic of covid 19, companies are changing
now a days in order to develop their productivity and organisational performance. There are
various technologies and processes which are coming in current era. In relation with Ernst &
Young company, they are conducting workplace transformational in order to enhance their
productivity. They are providing remote working environment to the employees.
Significance of the Research
The main significance of conducting this research is to enhance organisational
productivity. Further in relation with Ernst & Young, it is important to make use of workplace
transformation in order to develop their productivity (Ehrenberg, 2021). Further, it helps in

gains that is required both in public and business sector. Business leaders are realising that
organisation have to focus in up skilling of the member and employees of communities (Attaran,

learning and training that can help in the process of fulfilment of talent needs of rapidly changing
economical scenario. In case of organisations like Ernst & Young the min focus is on being

mode. Many large business had invested their capital amount on different project that driven to
decline situation. Many business have changed their structure and business practises by Covid
implication caused the physical distance to generate more precaution (Terziev and Klimu.,
2020). In perspective or Ernest and young company their management team have suffered by
global pandemic situation to make better reward system towards more performance dependent
salaries with more reliance on output than their inputs creates measure efforts to bring out better
strategies to generate more customer interaction about company performance for distance to
creates better moral values. Ernest and Young is one of leading business in UK , the year around
2020 there was highly impact of Covid which prevents more implication such as global
destruction, lack of employment, food crops, high flame of inflation which prevent to generate

The main objective of survey which has discussed was scrutinise or evaluate about how

term aspect to creates more respondent which indicate weather where they agreed for increases

of EY are facing negative influence from global pandemic as because of company is not
generating productive business with that manager and high authorities are laying off the people
form workplace on which customer can make their employees to customer safe. There was lack
of leadership on which employees were not better generating leadership. As the Covid-19,
creates further economic uncertainty and loss, maximising returns and managing risk along with
ensuring continued business to make deep understanding to change the market condition and
government policy. By make strategies EY to make implement business strategies to establish
their business in online platform by make sure to follows the guidance. The growth and
performance are depend upon the market situation and leaders approaching advanced technology
to consumer expectation and society itself.
