The primary goal of this research paper is to know about challenges faced by employees while
implementing technology within workplace transformation (Dhiman and Marques, 2020). This research
has also helped me to enhance my professional capabilities and lead to conduct an in depth research.
After completing this research, I will get to know more about workplace transformation and learn how
to handle different issues developed while completing the research.

To assess knowledge about new technology used while workplace transformation:
According to the views of Bonnin (2020), Within Amazon, technological sector plays a crucial role in
the workplace transformation in providing efficiency and productivity in the work. Various technologies
are used in the workplace transformation of the respected company and some of them are described
below:
Remote manageability: The process of monitoring or managing a network or a computer from
the remote location is termed as remote manageability (Avis, 2016). During pandemic situation
of Covid-19, the managers of Amazon installed a software and manage the activities of business
on the workstations from their remote location.
Digitalization: It is a process in which new digital techniques are used to change the model of
business by offering productive opportunities to increase the volume of sales. Within Amazon,
this process is used by the employee during economic lockdown because it assists them in
improving the quality, efficiency and stability of their business.
Office automation control system: Amazon uses this system because it facilitates the company
in controlling and monitoring the information with the help of electronic system of document
management.
Cybersecurity: Within the respected company, cybersecurity plays an important role in securing
the critical the information or data of the company.
To evaluate relation between workplace transformation and new technology in Amazon:
As per the viewpoint of Dery, Sebastian and van der Meulen (2017), From the technologies used in

workplace transformation within the respected company, it is evaluated that these technologies
increased the productivity and efficiency of the company. Remote manageability helps the managers of
Amazon in detecting and repairing the complexities occur in business and also facilitates them in
providing the information and skills to serve great response and maintenance. Another technology used
by the respected company during pandemic situation is digitalization through which the workforce of
the company easily accesses and share the information. This process helps the employees of Amazon in
gathering the right information on their customers as well as extends the profits of the company
(Haddud and McAllen, 2018). During Covid-19 automation technique assists the company in expanding
its viability by optimum utilization of resources. This technology helps the company in providing the
higher quality of work with lower operations costs. Office automation control system also helps the
company in giving reliable and consistent outputs. Another Technique used by the respective company
while workplace transformation is Cybersecurity (Thevannoor, 2020). The managers of the company
use this type of technology for determining the performance of their employees. This type of technology
protects the working of the company from any risk as well as saves the data of the business. Technology
is significant in the workplace transformation because it makes the work effective and efficient as well
as increases productivity of Amazon. There are several technologies within this company that are used
in its workplace transformation and some of them are explained as under:
Endpoint security: Working from outside official network during pandemic situation of Covid-19
enables human resources of company to take its valuable data outside the office. Endpoint security helps
Amazon in establishing Authentication protocols which is a perfect way to overcome with breaches.
With the help of endpoint security, it becomes very difficult for anyone to hack data of its employees.
Hence, this technology helps in securing the data of workforce of Amazon and builds a unique feature
within company.
Remote manageability: It is a process in which networks are monitored from remote location.
During pandemic situation, administrators of Amazon installed a software that manages business
activities on the workstations of their manpower from their remote location. This technology helps
company in managing its business operations as well as provides assistance in achieving objectives of
company.
Digitalization: A method that digital techniques to change the model of business by providing
productive opportunities to expand sales of company. During pandemic lockdown, digitalization process
is used by managers of Amazon, because it facilitates them in improving the efficiency, stability and
quality of their business. This process also helps employees of company as it encourages information
