Operations and Management in the organization was mainly done in a manual manner and no working
from home was allowed for the employees.
• Currently the organization is having advanced technology so that the people who are working from
home can interact and communicate effectively. Advanced technical equipment is used with an
organization for better attraction of customers

What was the project supposed to accomplish?
Project was supposed to accomplish the analysis of the transformation in the workplace within the organisation because of the covid-19 pandemic. Objective word to you can analyse the
predator examination and existing data along with the post data so that the entire journey can be determined.
Did the project succeed in its aims? How do you know? Specifically, please outline any evaluation and assessment undertaken.
Project has exceeded the aims of the report. This is because the report targets workplace transformation and hence the entire project is based on that. Moreover the proper primary research and
questionnaire is prepared and collected the 30 members' opinions for better evaluation of the entire report.
What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all aspects of the project (e.g. initial inception, project activities and project outcomes) from a range of perspectives.
I have worked well in my primary research and activities conducted during the time of secondary research as well. This has helped me in the interpretation of the findings and results show that
the better insight of the workplace transformation can be determined in Tesco.What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was there timely identification of issues
and resolution during the project process?
I have faced different problems while generating the report. messages initially it was becoming difficult for me to conduct the primary research because people's opinions were not authentic. but
then I started explaining to the people why I am conducting the research and how it can benefit the individuals. Then I started getting the appropriate results and opinions of the people. I have
identified such issues and resolved during the process of the entire project undertaken.What did you learn from undertaking the project?
I have learnt so many things from this project such as I have enhanced my communication skills along with the research skills and technical skills as well. Time management and problem
solving skills are the major parts which I have gained.
