advanced due to which the companies in retail sector has to be aware about the taste of
customers, market trends, various features of the industry in relation to rival company. Present
research is based on the topic of workplace transformation during the time of Pandemic in
context to improve the work performance in the company. The company considered for the study
is Asda which is one of the popular retail company and it has a wide range of products and
services for its customers. It is also famous for its best marketing campaigns which has the
power to attract and persuade more customers.

The research background will be related to the workplace transformation as it can be seen
that the Pandemic has carried the major changes in the company and market (Gorski and
et.al.,2022). The process of taking decisions and operations has changed after the impact of
Covid-19. Due to which the companies which are operating in the retail sector has to consider
the factors and plans to make the workplace an innovative and creative place.Moreover, there
are numerous ways which can be used by the Asda with the aim of implementing the workplace
