their operational efficiency as well as meet the goals of the organisation in better manner. In the
following research, selected organisation is Sainsbury which is a multinational retail organisation
of UK. The company is founded in 1869 by Johan James Sainsbury and its headquarters is
located in London, England, United Kingdom. The following research covers literature review,
research methodology, data analysis and interpretations, research outcomes, reflections and
recommendations for alternative research methodology along with the conclusion as well as

I have got an opportunity in order to conduct research for the topic of workplace
transformation of UK retail industry. This help me to gain knowledge regarding the digital
workplace transformation as how digital technologies will help company in order to operate their
business in better manner. By conducting this research, I will develop certain skills which helps
me to conduct research in any topic in future. This includes data handling, leading or managing
team, data collection, communication, data analytics and budget handling. All these are
important for me in order to conduct a research in future. My time management skills is not good
so, for that I used Gantt Chart which helps in dividing the different tasks in different deadlines in
order to conduct my task in better manner.
Alternative Research Methodology-

the research is based on quantitative research methods as well as cross-sectional time horizon is
selected for this interview method is best and suitable for the research in order to collect
information about the research aim and objectives directly to the candidates in less time
