INTRODUCTION
Human Resource is considered as a discipline that needs management training and
leadership in order to build the skills (John and Taylor, 2016). The practitioners of HR who have
deeper knowledge regarding appropriate skills in order to generate more opportunities within
more cooperative world. There are various skills that are crucial to become HR these skills plays
vital role in growth and develop within this field. The skills are communication, Problem
solving, decision-making, time management, leadership and many more. The HR needs to deal
with various people and also work with diversified staff. Present Report focuses on literature
review, experience and reflection on task done in work placement requirement of skills for
analysing requirements and appropriate solutions for companies like PSPA. It is a charity
organization to work upon understanding their donors to whom they serve and assist them to
understand several ways within which can bring donation within several forms and work for the
development strategy for such charitable firms.
LITERATURE REVIEW
According to the view of Alhidari and et.al., (2018), charitable organizations are those
companies whose focus is to promote welfare and social well-being of others. Their main interest
area is to serve public interest and common goods. It is extremely important for charity
organization to work upon developing strategies that can be used by them for bringing donations
so that they can work upon activities as per their need and interest. It is extremely important for
charitable organizations to work upon understanding their donors, target people to whom they
serve. This knowledge about target people to be served and people to whom company can target
for donations is important as it can help them to understand ways in which they can bring
donations and can work upon development of strategy for the same.
PSPA Charity Company
PSPA is UK based charity dedicated company dedicated to improve the lives of people
with PSP and CBD. Typically, it provides the funding research in context of treatments and
ultimately a cure. This organization is mainly focused on the neurological condition of people
caused by premature loss of nerve cells in certain part of their brain. It is directly affecting on the
brain functionality of individual’s.

In UK, Local groups provide a welcoming and friendly place for people affected by CBD
and PSP. Through this company, each and every family members, friends and other people to
meet up on regular basis, sharing their personal experience. In this way, it becomes easier for
charity firm to target the local groups where already spread the problem or issue across UK.
Nowadays, COVID -19 pandemic spreading all over the world. It is directly affecting the local
group who have been conducting the meeting, support and friendship. COVID-19 has sadly put
halt on this face to face meeting for a while. Usually, it may reduce the level of interaction
among different peoples. But charity firm is always trying to choose an appropriate idea for
resolving the issues through effective strategies.
PSPA Charity firm will try to implement virtual meeting strategy that help for
establishing a better coordination with individual’s during COVID-19. The company is looking
at way of helping, stay connected to old or new friends in safe, relaxed environment. Sometimes,
it should consider the virtual local group that use meeting on Zoom video call.
Requirement of skills for working PSPA and other similar profile of organization for identifying
appropriate source of fund
There are some skills which are required to have in people if they want to analyse or
identify requirements of charities organizations whose main aim is to help or improve health of
vulnerable people or people with specific diseases. In the context of PSPA, which is a UK based
charity and wants to improve lives of people with CBD (corticobasal degeneration). It is a
neurological disorder characterized by cell loss as well as deterioration of specific areas of the
brain. It is found that this company is getting affected due to Corona and because of this it is
finding problems in treating patients due to lack of donation. Affected people face several
problems in performing purposefully movement. Affected individuals at severe stage may also
exhibit memory loss, irritability and others (Thompson and et.al., 2020). So, it is important for
all workers at PSPA to take extra care of them and improve overall health of them. Some skills
which I have and helped me out in working with seniors and helping out to identify requirements
of such organization and making them able to continue their work.
Time keeping: Time keeping or time management is a skill which allows people to
complete their assigned tasks in a timely manner or given specific time. For helping out PSPA in
a timely manner and allowing them to protect patients from severe stages of disease and reducing
