INTRODUCTION
Workshop management and events collaboration have competitive abilities for determined
academic and professional excellence diversely, based on rapport diversification towards
developed goals within longer run. The research will analyze 4 Rs, which are review, react,
reflect and respond related to various tasks and event activities based on authentic knowledge
paradigms. Study will further critically shed light on event analysis, skills learned and xtende
potentialities aspects for developed learning goals, based on rapport engagement. Report will
determine further extensive focus, on workshop management aspects and strengthen up critical
examination about determined paradigms based on specific yield for authentic work related
aspects and generate rapid improvement on self learning. There are various new skills,
professional abilities and working determined aspect which needs to be put on for evolved
rapport. This further paces scope, to extensively improvise new performance related aspects
within longer time frame, and technically generate higher competitive work targets .

Review
so it's all about the office event during the December month where all of the office
employees were being secretly called for a party at night, but the human resource team of our
office have not revealed in the notice that what's the party for all of us the staff of our company
have called at the farm at nigh, all of us arrived and we got a surprise that it's a Christmas party,
Christmas is the festival celebrated by the people's related to the Christian religion. It is
celebrated on every 25th December which says that during the late night the Santa comes and
full fill the wishes of every people. This is the day when the death and resurrection of Jesus is
being celebrated, we have been in so brief so I was telling about the cultural office event which
is because of Christmas, every one of the staff is being here because the human resource team
have said that it is very compulsory to join them on the 24th December night. The staff of over
100 members are there and everyone belongs to different religion have different belief but
everyone is celebrating the party with equal distribution and happiness. At the same time, I saw a

guy in the party he was not even celebrating and also not involving with others this made me feel
curious about the guy and I have visited near this guy and asked him why are you not partying, is
there any problem with you, the answer I have got from him in the 21st century is that I am from
different religion and my religion doesn't allow me to be part of any other religion. This made
me think why is it like this even after so much changes and innovation some of the people's are
still thinking of what the past people's have said, even after living and working in the culture
where everyone is being treated equally why there is discrimination in the mid of some people ,
this had made me think more and more about the situation and lead me to react, reflect and
respond. And this made me contact with more and more people's which I have never spoken with
but none of them have any differences at all. The event have made me learn so many skills and
things which have helped me a lot, I have been in communication and partying wildly with many
people's of the firm to whom I have even meet for the first time. The food and drinks in the event
were awesome, we had so many games there and I have won mostly games this has made me
motivated as I have won cash prize of 120 dollars during the party.the management of the event
was so good that no one has to go either their or some where for getting anything, also the taste
of food and drinks were so great that it made me forgot that I am at my office party, the party
have increased my communication skills as well as it has taught me that how time management
can help in the completion of the task. Communication skills are so important for getting in
contacts building relationships and creating a great bond, being a fresher in the organization I
have never known some one that nicely the way the party have interacted me too, every time in
the office what I felt like everyone working here are not here building any bond they are here for
work only but in the event I got to know that everyone have a nice nature what differs is what
they show at different places and according to different situations. I found it a good event. The
people at that event were from the different culture and background but still they were
interacting with each other in friendly way. This made me to react in positive way as I have also
made my contribution in interacting with the people in friendly way

The experience of the cultural event was good and it made me to react in positive way.
The colleagues from the different cultures made me to react in positive way as I found it a good
event. The people at that event were from the different culture and background but still they were
interacting with each other in friendly way. This made me to react in positive way as I have also
made my contribution in interacting with the people in friendly way. I made the conversation
with the colleagues and had a better experience of interacting with a person that is from a
different culture. In the event I have used my skills of communication and gained confidence to
go and talk to the people that are from different culture (Oyston, 2018). The event provided me
with the knowledge about the various different cultures and made me to have a positive opinion
about the people of the different culture. The people were friendly with me and I have also been
friendly with the people that attended the event I have interacted with them in respective manner
and used the positive approach before interacting with them. I made the approach to interact with
the people at the event and made the interaction with the people with positivity. This created a
positive attitude of mine towards the people from different culture that made me to have a good
conversation with them. This made me feel that attending the event was a good decision.
The event made me feel better and positive towards the people from the different cultures
and backgrounds. The decision of attending the event resulted into an effective and better
decision that was made my me. In the event when the people from the different cultures were
meeting happily with each other made me feel happy and increased positivity in my mind. The
event resulted into a better and effective place to increase the positivity in my mind (Norris and
et.al., 2019). I have experienced the positivity in the event and that changed my mindset about
the people from the different cultures. I have made the conversation from my superiors who are
from different cultures and that gave me confidence and motivation to interact with them more
effectively and efficiently in the future events. I had the feeling of positivity because of the
friendliness of the people that were meeting with each other that were having the friendly
conversation with each other. I have felt that the event is very friendly because of the people that
have attended the event. It was a positive experience in which I have reacted positively towards
the people from the different cultures and background. This helped me in making the positive
moves of having a conversation with my juniors as I have been very happy from their action of
taking initiative in the positive move of making the conversation with each other (Almeida and

Azkune, 2018). I was very happy and appreciated their act of positiveness and made a friendly
conversation with them.
My reaction has made a positive impact on others as people that were around me found it
very good that I made friendly conversation with the people of the different cultures. The people
were very happy and confident in making a conversation with me as they found it comfortable to
interact with me and have a positive conversation with me. The positive approach of mine made
many positive impacts on the environment as the environment became very friendly and every
one was happy and comfortable in making a conversation with me or with each other. I have
seen that the surrounding people was very happy to interact with me as the environment was very
friendly and positive. I have also interacted with the people from the various other departments
of the company as the people were in the positive opinion of having a conversation with me and
sharing their opinions (Clark, 2018). It made the environment of the organization to be very
friendly and positive as I was confident in having conversation with the people and there were
also people that made the approach of talking to me. This resulted into the positive relations with
the colleagues and the superiors as they have been in the opinion of having a conversation with
me can improve the relations in the workplace. The people were making the approach of talking
with each other that resulted into the positive environment of the event. The environment of the
event was impacted in positive manner for everyone.
Reflect: There were various moments which caught my attention within event, that reflecting on
competent creativity and new skills formation , knowledge and working synergies plays crucial
role. The event was done in systematic manner, where various elements and skills were able to
be learnt by me as a participant. Knowledge and skills that could have been applied within my
working progressive skills and environment, were strong confident analytical skills and potential
confident communication skills. There were varied potential benchmarks, based on which my
acumen to be diversified within my performance was evolved diversely. I have been also able to
determine my strengths that will enable me to develop academic excellence, and generate rapid
competitive abilities towards untapped professional goals functionally. There were various

aspects, where knowledge and skills such as strong management, faster rapport for stringent
business acumen further motivated to be dynamic among teams (Yang and et.al, 2022).
Although i also faced some challenging situations, where further extended criteria related
to extended imperative benchmarks were found to be critical to notice. I further aimed to
optimally enhance my vision, to respect cultural diversity at event and develop productive goals
based on extended productive growth functionally. There were instances , where determining self
respect and skills growth in academic intelligence further motivated me to be optimistic in my
performance along with engagement perspective. I need to work towards time management,
decisions making skill and technically improvise strengthened rise for determined wellness goals
for extended determined pathways for developed scope (Bari, Chimhundu and Chan, 2022) . I
further also has scope to improvise my leadership, mentoring potentialities to improvise my
competent knowledge for taking up new scale determined scope evolved.
Insights i have about environment, is that academic and experienced growth can be
developed only by accepting and encouraging new environment goals functionally, and working
towards critical situations actively. The insights, knowledge and skills further aimed to generate
accurate knowledge based on fundamental working criteria for authentic work related
performance benchmarks diversely. I also aims to improvise my event performance within
future, by technically heading specific focus on learning form my mentors about new things. The
event also enhanced my vision, understanding and practice towards management and academic
excellence goals for evolving to reach towards authentic working details. I have been able to
generate knowledge based working determinants, by strengthening rapid improved efficiency
based on self critical aspects and developing rapid improved abilities. The environment was very
dynamic, where people from diverse backgrounds were present, and also extended focus was
being given towards determining keen primitive knowledge about varied events. The academic
integrity holds huge importance, for determining rapid imperative knowledge based on clinical
understandings and untapped goals. The practise, further enabled me to learn about new goals,
working practices and motivated me to be technically competitive within working tasks
determining my pac (Winborg and Hägg, 2022).
I have been also professionally aiming to bring forward new goals, generate rapid
