sustainable tourism. The organisation is
headquartered in Madrid, Spain and in the
current time World Tourism Organisation is
one of the leading organisation involved in
promotion of tourism as driver of economic
growth and environmental sustainability as
well.

Vision of World Tourism Organisation is to
manage natural capital in such a way that
sustainable tourism can be developed and at the
same time national heritage can be preserved.
The values of the organisation is related with
making smarter tourism so that by using
innovation and digital technology the sector can
be transformed. The another value of the
organisation is to make tourism more
competitive so that at every level within the
industry investment can be promoted and
entrepreneurial development can also be seen.
The World Tourism Organisation is associated
with managing all the world wide tourist
destination in such a way that responsible
tourism can be promoted and at the same time
sustainability can be instigated in the tourist
destination. Being a specialised multilateral
agency of the United Nations the organisation
is whole and sole body for the field of tourism.
In the primal time the organisation was the
association of 150 country members in which
various educational institution, tourism
association were added.

Organisation is related with facing of
various aspects in which the
organisation is facing issues related
with managing their operations
within the environment. The
organisation is facing issues by the
impact of COVID-19 as the industry
of hospitality has impacted by the
virus in high manner.
World Tourism Organisation is developing
various products in combination of
tangible and intangible elements such as
natural, cultural and man-made resources.
These are centre of the destination in
which various attractions are developing
destination marketing mix in which
experience of visitors are encouraged. The
organisation is trying to encourage rural
tourism so that to manage differential
tourism activities. In rural tourism various
