Executive summary
In this report, it analyses the concept of IT management issues. This report analyses
the Critique in systems & technology. The critique in technology is the study of the
contrary influences of technologies. It can be argued that technology becomes the
means of control, domination, exploitation. The IT manager has the skills and
knowledge about the issues of management that helps to operate their department and
serve the purpose of business. In this case study, there is a group of private education
that develops the world university model. In this model, the university provides the
online learning through which lecturers can provide the data to their students. It also
provides the education to another campus also.

This report is based on the world university model that can be framed by the group of
private education institutions. This model is a fully online model and that provide the
online system through which the lectures can teach outside of the university. This model
is enrolled by one of the management team. It can be starting anytime whenever
students want to study. This model can be considered a global academic pool of talent,
that can be a database of candidates in which they are interested to learn. This model is
available at 24/7. This report is based on the different decisions that can be taken by the
management. They develop the concept of customer loyalty. It also includes the agents
and mediator that offers to their employers. For this model, the students have to
purchase the laptop or system that helps them to study the material in an easy way. It
also evaluates the different business solutions that help to enhance the understanding
of the model. It also uses the social media that helps to promote the world university
model and provides the different approaches.
