Hey My Case is A Zero Wage increase Again. This case is divided in two parts. Part 1 is already done by myself and got just 70%. I Attach the part 1 that is done by me to make you aware that I did this case in this way. Now In second part I want more marks so I need your help. Basically second part is extension to part 1. I write a proposal in first part to a client to solve the problem. In second part proposal is accepted and we need to provide it in more details. As you can see in requirement file everything is mentioned clearly with weighted of marks. key findings, recommendations, and need for change is the factors that need more explanation. for example key findings part has its sub topic that all must be included finance, marketing, operations all that. so every topic must needed to be cover which is mentioned in the assignment guide.

The following report is based on a study that is associated with the case study of the
organization House, Hearth and Home where the key objective of the report is to bring a clear
understanding about certain internal factors that are related to the organization as demonstrated
in the case study. The report is general gives more emphasis on the porters five forces of the
company along with evaluating the company’s formulated strategy, financial operation, Human
resource, information technology and other factors that are associated with the marketing and
operational aspect of the organization. In the last part the report there are certain

Introduction
The respective case study is completely based upon the functional aspects of the
organization House hearth and home. The core part of the case is related to certain wage
crisis pertaining within the internal environment of the organization. The report gives more
emphasis on the part of evaluating certain factors which are based on the company’s strategy,
financial analysis, information technology, human resource along with the marketing and
operational aspect related to the organization. A clear understanding of the organization with
Porters Five Forces is conducted in the respective study. There are also certain recommendations
along with evaluating Kottler’s eight step model is performed to make the report more
understandable and advanced.
Approach and Methodology
In the respective part the research is conducted and is completely based upon the
information collected form the secondary sources available in the case study. On the other hand,
appropriate usage of several sources along with scholarly information are used to collect
information more effectively.

As per the respective case study some of the factors that are related to five major factors
of the organization House, hearth and home are mentioned below:
The Threat of New entrants (Higher rate)
 The first part of challenge faced by the organization under this respective part is
associated with capital requirement where this can be barrier for the organization where
in order to enter in to the market as a new entrant there is huge requirement of resource
cushioning and financial basis for the purpose of undertaking operation to ensure
sustainability (Dayan, Heisig & Matos, 2017).
 The other part is related to the factor of product differentiation, where there can be a
strong entry barrier if the products within the respective industry have higher
differentiation levels under which they generally function and approach to customers.
The threat of substitutes (Moderately High)
 Switching cost that is associated with the direct substitutes, not higher for the consumers.
 The volume prices that are on a per unit basis may be lower or higher under all aspects.
 This can make the threat factor associated with the substitutes high.
Bargaining power of buyers (Moderate to High)
 The buyer associated with the organization House, hearth and Home is not essentially the
group which make the product consumption but rather it can be the customer group who

consumer the product or to retail it (Mathooko & Ogutu, 2015)
 Supermarkets and hypermarkets along with several distribution agents and independent
retailers are considered to be the core buyers of the organization which helps in making
up their market volume.
 The company will never experience any mode of switching cost for the switching buyers.
Bargaining Power of Suppliers (Moderate rate)
 As compared to the organization House, hearth and home there are numerous numbers of
independent suppliers within respective industry and all cooperation of pretty small
functioning which may lead to declining overall power of suppliers.
 However, in the respective industry with higher supplier numbers the organization can
easily switch to numerous suppliers at any point of time without the process of
experiencing business cost factor.
Competitive Rivalry (Higher rate)
 The market where the operation is undertaken is high fragmented, which makes the
operation more competitive.
 As compared to the operational aspect associated with the system of brand management
producers have started making the best use of technique associated with brand
management and modern merchandizing through the process of launching market
campaigns for the purpose of bringing better name in the mind of public

 They are currently planning to make strong and adaptive decision under the numerous

According to the human resource management function associated with the respective
organization, as per the case study it is considered to be an understandable part that the

 Compared to the marketing of the organization, they should give more emphasis under

function. The expansion function will help the company in the part of maintaining strong
and innovative exposure with new consumers along with this through the process of
adding more new products they will able to penetrate more deeper in existing markets by
exploring new mode of consumer groups and target markets.

must take the core initiative in the part of hiring certain employees who have the core
