Article 1: Truth About E-Cigarettes
MLA Style ("Purdue OWL: MLA Formatting And Style Guide"):
The Article discusses the benefits and problems associated with the usage of
electronic cigarettes (or e-cigarettes). The author points out that E-cigarettes advertisements
are frequently seen online, but argues the efficacy of the same. As per Raymond “the
electronic cigarettes look like the real thing and contain nicotine, they lack the toxic tars and
other additives found in a typical pack of smokes” (92). This can greatly reduce the number
of tobacco related deaths (50% reduction in 20 years), as per the American Association of
Public Health Physicians. However, there still lies a concern, that electronic cigarettes do not
solve or remove the dependency on nicotine (since it also has nicotine in it), and for some
people, the vapor can cause breathing difficulties (Raymond). Hence, it can be understood,
that e-cigarettes can have a beneficial role in reducing the harmful effects of the real
cigarettes, however since they still contain nicotine, and therefore ineffective in the
elimination of nicotine addiction or nicotine dependency of the smokers. Additional risk of
breathing difficulties in few people is also acknowledged based on some researches.

Article 2: What is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
MLA style:
Many Americans in general experience traumatic events like sexual assault, airplane
and car accidents and domestic violence. Other traumatic experiences that affect multiple
people simultaneously are those that are associated with natural disasters, like hurricanes,
tornadoes or earthquakes. Tragic and dramatic events like wars or the attack of the terrorists
on the World Trade Center and Pentagon (on September 11th, 2001) can also effect people
who are not directly involved (or affected) by the incident, owing to the widespread exposure
of the media, as is seen today (or modern times). Post Traumatic Stress Disorder can be
described as a mental condition in which affected person constantly receives a flashbacks of
the events. Additionally, traumatic events can also lead to a series of physiobiological
changes that manifests as PTSD and it occurs in the majority of Americans experiencing
traumatic events ("What Is Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)?").
