We have a valid information that you are in need of redesigning your official website to make it
more attractive and information rich. This can be done more accurately by understanding the
needs of the customers and the views of the old customers regarding your interior decoration

Survey: An online survey will be conducted with 100 existing customers of yours on a pre-
developed questionnaire. The questionnaire would be both open ended and close ended. The
questionnaire will be approved by you prior to its circulation.
Analysis: The results from the survey will be analyzed on demographic and statistical basis. The
reason of satisfaction on the services received or reason of dissatisfaction, the elements to be
incorporated in the website and data about improvement in customer services will undergo
statistical analysis on Excel spreadsheet.
Report: Right after the statistical analysis, a report will be generated and our experts will help
you in taking a decision regarding the needs of your business and website.
