Activities •Initially, all people will register themselves. They will complete registration process and they will fill initial form. •In starting phase, the organizer will welcome all guests and audience who will attend this workshop. Organizer will make administrative announcement for few minutes where agenda will be described. In introduction, activity planner will be introduced through power point presentation to enhance interest of all involved people who will pay more attention in these activities. •Building resilience will be next part of this workshop. In this activity all team members will give booklet to audience. They will ask questions about what kind of issues kids face. Planner will explain importance of physical activities. •Individual will describe how these activities can improve physical strength and mental abilities of kids. •In this activity, there will be discussion about what kinds of games can help in physical development of children. Furthermore, next activity will suggest ways to encourage children towards physical activities. •In the modern era, young kids like to play games in mobile or computers. That is why their social interaction is getting affected. In such condition, they give less time to physical activities and do not play out door games.

Role-play activity is considered as the most important part of workshop that helps audience in getting real experience of dealing with kids. •In role-play, an organizer will ask two or three people from audience to come at stage. One person will behave like a kid and other will guide him. In this, they will get to know how kids react and what they must do. •This will enhance practical knowledge of teachers and coaches and will get necessary suggestions to deal with small kids in schools. •The purpose of Early Year Foundation Stage is to explore children and make them aware with secure environment.
