Consumer Engagement
A communication for any business that helps an organization
connect with the external stakeholder or consumers via different
correspondent channels are known as Customer Engagement, This can
be a connection of interaction, reaction or overall experience of
customers that can happen both offline and online. Similarly, in this
community service, the volunteers act as organization and the other
members are considered as stakeholders or customers. Here, the
engagement of the customers is analyzed in their need for services.
Support is needed equally from the customers as well by participating in
every level of programs. Christmas is near and the objective is to spread
the joy and happiness with everyone and celebrate it together. The
Volunteers need to perform activities every Sunday at the backyard of
school church after prayer. Foods and boxes will be distributed, church
will be cleaned, blankets will be given to hospitalized children and
Christmas operational boxes will be given to children (Tsiotsou, 2016.)

Program Planning and Development
The program will be held every Sunday after the prayer at
the backyard of school church. Members of the community will
assemble and the volunteers will do the activities. They will be
dressed in community uniform and distribute everything to the
members. The program is designed for the children and teenagers
aging from between 5 to 15. It also included the member of the
church and locality but most of the activities are for children and
the other children who are hospitalized. It will be undertaken by a
group of volunteers who belong from the Christian community. The
funding framework of the program will be done by taking a small
amount of cash from the members of church and locality. The
outcome is not at all for profit and the government of the locality
includes a sum of money as well. The success of this activity will
determine and bring out opportunities for future collaborations with
the neighbor churches (Escudero, 2016.)
