Choose an organisation (Zafiro Jewellery). Give the basic introduction.
The chosen organization is Zafiro Jewellery. The organization remains simple in its
design but so ambiguous in its origin-incorporating both modern and classic designs with
materials from pieces which include many one of the kind items. Zafiro comprises two liens.
The beaded bracelet, necklace and earing collection is crafted from the land-made antique
Venetian seed beads which dates from the 1800s (late) to 1900s (early) accentuated with the
gold-plated Japanese seed beads alongside threaded onto faux-suede and hence stay vegan-
friendly.
The second line is the 2013 brass collection of rings and earing and made with
Himalayan Crystals, Indonesian carved-bone alongside horn, and Owyhee blue-opal from
Oregon. Zafiro necklaces utilize Ethiopian brass beads with either Tibetan charms or
titanium-treated crystals, natural Himalayan crystals. Zafiro remains a line of jewellery which
is unique, appealing and enigmatic and easy to wear and mix and yet distinct enough to stand
out independently.

The first marketing opportunity is based on competitor’s performance
which aims at the attraction of new customers following the unethical positioning
of a new business direct to Zafiro. Thus the marketing opportunity for ZAFIRO is
that it has to find ways of attracting new customers and ensure returning loyal
customers.
The second marketing opportunity is based on new and emerging
markets achieved through wholesale of Zafiro products to young people studying
jewellery design since they are able to sell their respective products at markets
around Sydney on weekends, as well as negotiate a profit percentage with the

sellers (McIntyre and Srinivasan 2017).

stock his original hand made products in store. As he is based in Bali, the
overhead costs would be minima and profits could increase.
Segments of the market: ZAFIRO has approached several high fashion labels
to use their jewellery in fashion magazine portfolios and runaway shows to
reach a wider target audience
