The assignment requires students to choose one of two scenarios: a Human Resources Manager at an expanding technology company or a former certified education administrator who owns a small in-home day care. The chosen scenario will be the same for Assignment 2. Students must identify two staffing models that could apply to their chosen scenario, determine which model is best suited for efficiency, productivity, and future growth, and examine the effects of each model on processes within the organization. Additionally, students must predict potential legal issues, describe methods to deal with high employee turnover, specify job requirements and task statements, and justify their responses.
