In my perspective, it is also essential for a teacher to follow all the major policies and plans of
the government.
Organisation policies and procedures
According to my own experience, it is essential for an organisation to adhere with
educational policies and procedures. It is the utmost responsibility of management of an
educational institution to follow and set specific guidelines which are related to functioning of an
organisation. I will personally follow all the organisational policies and procedures in order to
effectively control all the regulations and responsibility in an educational institution.
Meeting requirements of compulsory sector
In my perspective, it is also important in the compulsory sector to meet the necessary
requirements of the compulsory sector. In the educational sector it is important to fulfil the major
requirements in order to effectively conduct all the teaching related operations in a precise
manner. I personally consider that it is very much crucial to consider the necessary requirements

In my views, the promotion of inclusive practice and student inclusion is very much
essential in the education sector and in the field of teaching. The promotion can be facilitated by
department of education, in order to effectively develop various roles and responsibilities in the
field of education. Student inclusion is very much essential in the field of education to involve
more and students towards the education related activities. It is important for department of

Information and learning technology
In today’s world the information and technology is spreading in a major sense, it is
growing worldwide. The youth and children and youth are getting attracted towards internet and
computers to perform specific activities and tasks on day to day basis. It is also essential in

the learning of students of 14-19 range.
Experiential learning (Kolb)
According to Kolb, this type of learning can be defined as the process whereby
knowledge is created through the transformation of experience. Knowledge results from the
combinations of grasping and transforming the experience in the practical environment. This is
the most effective way in leaning as it provides experience in learning which plays a major role
in development of learners in the 14-19 age range. It is compulsory for a teaching organisation to
implement experiential learning for the students in order to develop their mental strength. This is
universally adopted approach in many institutes and also by professional teachers in order to
develop learning on experience basis.

an effective step in the development of students which will also increase their practical needs.
The organisation of workshop should be performed by professional and trained teachers in order
to facilitate learning in the range of 14-19 learners.
Diagnostic to establish needs
In the learning related activities there are many problems which are faced by students.
There should be diagnostic of every problem in order to establish needs to students when they

development of students (Quezada, 2020) . The self assessment techniques should be given or
provided to the students by taking effective advice from experts in order to develop their
emotional intelligence.

In the institutions, there should be online testing of students on regular basis in order to
increase their learning. The online testing is a beneficial approach for teachers as well as for the
students in order to increase the performance of individuals. From the traditional methods,
institutions must shift to adopt online testing methods in order to get more accurate results from
the teaching methods.

Plan, deliver and assess learning sessions for 14-19 learners
Own analysis of teaching learning and assessment approaches for use with 14-19 learners
It is important to perform self analysis in the field of education in order to effectively
teach the students in a precise manner. My analysis related to teaching skills is great and I
generally prefer communication skills in the field of teaching in an effective manner.
Communication skills of a person play an important role in the development of a teacher. A
teacher must have good communication skills in order to perfectly teach students and derive the
best outcome from the practices. In order to effectively teach in the institutes, I also analyse my
teaching skills as a whole. I actually consider National Curriculum as a best practice in the field
of teaching and suggest that the implementation of National curriculum should be there in a
precise manner in order to generally develop a comprehensive approach in the field of education.

formulate a precise policy to satisfy each learner’s learning capability. A teacher should focus on
child with minimum ability in order to generally facilitate all the students in the process of
learning.

Own practice (Planning, timing and engaging students)
According to experts in the field of education practice is the key to success, it is essential
for a teacher to regularly practice on subject. A teacher must focus on practice in order to

self assessment provides self knowledge and development of self related activities in a precise
manner. The online teaching is also considered as one of the major techniques in the field of
education. The assessment has a vital role in the development of academics in the student carrier
life. The engaging and encouragement and engagement of students require huge efforts from the
teacher’s side according to me. In order to effectively manage large number of students from a
single point of time, proper assessment with the help of online related activities should be done.
In the era of information and technology, it is essential for the institute to develop online testing
through the usage of internet (Tsangaridou, 2017). In the institutes it is also essential to
formulate an effective strategy to facilitate learning in a precise manner.

Improving own practice (Observation, awarding organisation events, research)
The improvement of self practice is essential in order to develop teaching skills of the
teachers in academic life. The improvement of teaching skills can be done with the help of
precise observation related to the teaching environment. In the academic life awarding
organisation events also play an important role by awarding the right person. Research is also
considered one of the major factors which generally develops observation in the mind of teachers
