education providers are also being shown(ROGERS, 2017).. This report is mainly focusing on
the age group from 14 to 19 years that is the adolescent years. A full proof analysis is being done
on the teaching approaches and learning and assessment of the teachers and students
respectively. The learning styles teaching styles and the ensuring of the style if it is right or
wrong for the students is also being discussed in this report.

can learn better and shone in life, furthermore I will set strict rules and regulations in the

students’.I will order teachers to follow some good and efficient punishment strategies so that
they will not show that type of behavior in the future and not to tolerate this type of nuisance of
the students. Moreover, the students will have that type of environment where they will share
their learning thoughts and improve their skill. With all this, I will also ensure that proper
assignments and task are being assigned to the students so that they can get a thorough
knowledge about the things they have learned in the classroom with the help of the students. This
will help me to manage and give proper guidance to the teaching and learning aspects of teacher
and students respectively.
All this help to maintain the school decorum and help students to build their interest in studying
a thing in a very efficient and detailed way. I will also initiate a peer and self-assessment
approach where the teachers can feedback about their work from each other. On the other hand,
the students will also get feedback from their own classmates. I think these approaches are the
most effective way to improve one’s own personality and improving the hurdles that help to
become a more efficient human being. Reflective practices can help oneself to analyze the faults
and the high points for development and I will encourage this system of self-assessment. For
example, I will ask the students to give their feedback and reflection on certain matters beholding
some criteria. This will help the teachers to see the lack in a specific place of teaching and can
upgrade that accordingly. This will help the teachers to follow the right kind of strategy. On
another way the students those who are performing really good in studies will be rewarded for
their work to motivate them to do good in the future and the students those who have not
performed well, I must tell the teachers to see their lacking point and try to upgrade that will
other practices so that they can also do better.
According to the above-mentioned learning strategies and statements I have come to a
conclusion that if I will consider various types of legislative norms then this will help me to
achieve the tasks that I want to perform regarding learning and all will come in place and will be
tolerated by me as for this I will have strict punishment rules for the students. For example, I will

approach where the teachers can feedback about their work from each other. On the other hand,
the students will also get feedback from their own classmates. I think these approaches are the
most effective way to improve one’s own personality and improving the hurdles that help to
become a more efficient human being. Reflective practices can help oneself to analyze the faults
and the high points for development and I will encourage this system of self-assessment. For
example, I will ask the students to give their feedback and reflection on certain matters beholding
some criteria. This will help the teachers to see the lack in a specific place of teaching and can
upgrade that accordingly. This will help the teachers to follow the right kind of strategy. On
another way the students those who are performing really good in studies will be rewarded for
their work to motivate them to do good in the future and the students those who have not
performed well, I must tell the teachers to see their lacking point and try to upgrade that will
other practices so that they can also do better.

conclusion that if I will consider various types of legislative norms then this will help me to

standard, I have improved the schooling standard and this has given a well-equipped learning
approach to the students. By approaching for this standard the school can go through several
frameworks that will enhance the learning of the students. Meeting this standard led a school
towards up gradation in many ways. While leading with this I have come to know that this
Ofsted standard is set up by the non-ministerial government so as to amend the students learning
practices in the UK school. This has also given me some information regarding the Education
and Inspection Act 2006 that has helped one in understanding and learning effective learning
style. The younger students what subjects they study and at what time they complete their
qualification for graduation. All these are being discussed in a very good way. This standard
implementation helps the school to go through this type of approaches that they have not
implemented in last year’s. This is my experience of seeing things.
In other hands, I have also focused on the giving appropriate training to the teaching personnel’s
so that they can inbuild within themselves the professional skills when dealing with the young
people that is the age group we are talking about from14-19 in an efficient way. If this will be
improved when the students will come to their teachers with some learning issue and problem so
that they can help the students to solve those issues. We should know the efficiency of students
and behold them with such teaching techniques so that fill free to ask any kind of question to the
teachers. Because every student is different and approaching every student by every teacher
should be different and good.
