include both method that are qualitative and quantitative. It is important to find out so that

MY JOB ROLE
My experience as site supervisor was brilliant and it helped me to learn so many tactics in relation
which how to manage people at work and hope to get the work done effectively as well as
efficiently. Working at this position also facilitated in raising my degree of productivity. I have also
worked as sweeper driver and was employed by the street department so as to make sure that
proper cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at the streets in order to reduce and furthermore
eliminate the chances of blockage or accidents. I was responsible for driving a street cleaning
vehicle which in turn assisted in removing unnecessary trash from the streets. I was expected to
report containment sections of the city and to ensure that they are clean and non contaminated. .

I have evaluated that I have enough strength for completing my job role and responsibilities
properly. For me, it is concluded that service and hospitality management requires
individuals who are creative and have strong leadership qualities. By using the 360 degree
appraisal, I am able to get feedback from my colleagues about my work. There are times
