Victoria, but they do not know the technology to implement to help work efficiently and
effectively. In this research therefore, as an ICT head it would discuss on the 3D printing
technology. The report has discussed various aspects related to this technology. As the ICT head
the report has discovered different types of application that uses 3D technology, some of the
application they could use, merit and demerit of these applications and recommendation which
they could utilize to help them to expand their business to the other regions.
