Throughput of the 5G Wireless heavily depends on its distance from the base station. Let make an
assumption as if a 5G wireless device is near to the base station then the throughput of the 5G will up to
80 to 634 Mbit/s and the uploading throughput will up to 12 to 57 Mbit/s and when the devices go far
from the base station its throughput goes to down gradually. 5G wireless throughput in sub-6 bands
would be more with using the low spectrum and goes up to 500+ Mbit/s in Manhattan.
What spectrum does 5G use, and how do the characteristics of this spectrum differ from the
Spectrum used in 3G and 4G?
In order to enhance the throughput of the 5G wireless connectivity, high amount of new type of 5G NR
frequency band spectrum have been used. The SFP spectrum just doubled the amount of wave and
would be four times more flexible. The spectrum which was used in 4G can also be used for 5G wireless
connectivity in some cases. However, the frequency of 5G network is slightly higher and the range of
