Introduction
Corporation is seen as an efficient planning and legal body, which may help to
develop a strong infrastructure that delivers new goods and services that can help attract
customers. Various companies in the UK, such micro, small, medium-sized and large
companies, have distinct traits and dimensions. This project will explore a number of kinds of
companies and various ownership structures, such as single traders, cooperative companies,
partnerships, companies, etc. This research examines several forms of structure and evaluates
how corporate structure might impact the productivity of businesses (Ferguson, 2017).
General Motors, also widely known to GM manufacturers, is taken into account for
this study. The firm is a US international company based in Detroit, Michigan, USA. It was
created 112 years ago by William C. Durant, Charles Stewart Mott and Frederic L. Smith in
1908 under the Automotive Industry category. In this study, various facets of the company's
operational function are highlighted that include its breadth and core functional staff.
Respective report is based in recent decision made in operational department of the chosen
firm regarding innovation in its technological field and using 5G technology (Grover and
Kar, 2017).

Without a doubt, COVID-19 has affected many of their habits in personal and
working life. In view of the fact that the illness and different limitations are dealt with once
daily. And some of the limitations become customs and some of them survive the pandemic,
since it is known that they are excellent customs. Many organisations have been led to turn
all non base workers on the premises into distant employees and to find new innovative ways
to keep everyone on site connected. Micro environment refers to the environment that is in
close touch with the firm and immediately impacts the everyday business. It consists of a
collection of forces or variables near to the business and which might affect the company's
performance and daily activities. Six micro-environment components are: companies,
suppliers, intermediaries in marketing, competitors, the public and customer sectors (Guo and
et. al., 2017).
The company: In order to build marketing strategies, the marketing management must
be able to include many groups in a company including Top Management, Finance,
Operations, Human Resource, Research and Development (R&D), Accounting, etc...

Marketing managers must engage closely with them to assist them decide on larger goals and
tactics. The marketing team takes over the lead and responsible for understanding consumer
requirements and producing client value for other departments such as production, finance,
law and human resources (Muhammad and et. al., 2017).
Suppliers: The providers are an integral element of the entire value delivery network
of a company. They offer company inputs like raw materials, components, tools, equipment
etc. They are the ones that supply. Providers are of great quality and dependability in order
for any corporation to run smoothly. The supplier availability and costs must be monitored by
marketing managers. In case of natural catastrophes or other occurrences, any supply shortfall
or delay might cause damage to short-term sales and cause long-term customer
dissatisfaction.
Competitors: Competent are competitors who also compete in the market and
resources organisation. In order to succeed, a firm must give a higher consumer satisfaction
and value than its rivals in accordance with the marketing idea. Marketers must not only
strive to adapt to the requirements and expectations of clients, but also aim, by placing their
products firmly on the market, to get a strategic edge over the rival.
Macroeconomics factors
The coronavirus has disrupted not just the workplace but also the working
environment of individuals and software businesses. Only a few months in this new working
environment and actual examples are already there of software companies that modify the
main components of their services, including design, customer support and features. The
screen sharing technology is almost 30 years old. While most systems allow a single person
to exhibit and share what is on display in real time, very few can function in a slaggy
environment such that multiple people work in the same way. The macro environment affects
the exterior limits of the organisation. Such aspects may be said to have a significant
influence on the firm and to increase the market share of the company. Using macro-
factoring, the organisation has changed fundamentally. This is the approach managed by
rivals and their market policy may be evaluated easily. In accordance with the price of the
service, Macro-environmental factors help the firm to decide the various pricing strategies of
the organisations (Puschmann, 2017).
Demographic environment: The population may be described as the study in size,
density, age, location, sex, race, occupation and other data of the human population. The
marketers are particularly interested in the demographic environment, because individuals are

Economic environment: There are elements that impact consumer buying power and
expenditure habits in the economic environment. For example, before looking into citizen
spending trends, it is unwise for a firm to begin exporting its goods to a country. Importation
duties, unemployment, inflation, spending habits, and disposable personal income all contain
important economic parameters.
Technological environment: In the macro environment, technology has a decisive
impact. Before investment in marketing efforts, an organisation must carry out extensive
study on the spread and usage of technology. The firm has to evaluate the penetration of

management cannot discover market competitors and may lose market share in the firm.

These are elements that define the extent and impact of the government on the
economy of a country. Legislation, budgetary, monetary and other aspects of policy are all
part of the political environment that influences General Motors' operations. In addition,
several policy variables must be considered to improve the company's productivity. A major
element of foreign investment decision making has been a political risk assessment with a
portfolio analysis. In this study we try to evaluate the relevance and operability of 'good

The current telecommunications networks are normally divided into four logical
