Paradigm Shift in own life
About 10 years ago when I was just 25, I seem to take a big off from each and everything
in life. The time was my entry into the world of job when I got my first job. I have established a
new ideal on my own paradigm shift. My paradigm shift included a number of different
characteristics. This included the likes of;
a. Working Harder- I have tried to make myself more competent and professional to
improve on my career. Working better has helped me to improve both my productivity
and quality.,
b. Not having enough time- The modern day professional world provides very less time for
the individuals and thus I have very less time to arrange all my work. So I have created a
proper schedule to ensure the proper maintenance of the work.
P/PC Balance
As mentioned by Covey, P/PC balance is one of the most important aspects in the balance
in between the production and the production capability in a workplace or a workplace
surrounding. There are times when in some months my production output goes above 200%.
Such performances are often recognized and rewarded by my organization. However, in most of
the cases I have found out that my physical health detoriates in the next few months which
affects my future productivity. Thus P/PC balance forms an important part for the work life.

Reactive Response- MY reactive response can be seen during the times when there is an
issue with the salary processing by the management of the company. It is me who often
