After analyzing the data and the theories available it
can be stated that a lot of research needs to be done in
the given topic in order to complete the relationship
between leadership and workforce in a firm4.
As stated by Goleman et al. 2013, Transformational
Leadership motivates the employees to the
achievement of the goals. However, very often the
organization works in an efficient manner and stressed
out the employees instead of motivating them.
