relationship with the client in the proper way to know more about the consequences which is

While taking in the context of the session, it is also analyzed that communication,
interaction which worked as a micro skill that played a role in obtaining the information from the
client side for the appropriate solution or intervention. In this, there are some of micro-skills
which is not used in the proper way. While making counseling with the body language and the
facial expression, it is not as much which is required for the counseling the lack of therapy is also
observed session and client faces the anxiety or distress. These are the basic micro-skills that
show their absence while communicating with the client. To make it more effective it is essential
how to make a familiar relationship by using the approach of better communication and
interaction on the personal level and used to produce some of the facial expressions on the bad
and good stories of the client (Rani et. al., 2020).
There are various positive and negative aspect of the session in which impacts the patient
and influence him to describe the situation more effectively. There are some of the positive
aspect that influence and help counselors to evaluate the individual's issue and help to provide
some relief regarding it (Bennett et. al., 2021). The negative aspect of the session is that it also
influences the patient take the aspect and evaluate that it is not his fault about the situation and
not to worry about this. In this, the counselor need to ensure that there should not be any type of
conflict between his wife and due to counseling, this can have an impact on the discussion of the

There is a positive aspect of the situation that help an individual to describe the situation

There is a negative aspect of the session that the counselor can have the personal
information about the individual that may create conflict when this information is shared by the
patient wife. So in this case, there is need to be professional and should not breach with the
confidentiality aspect and take care of the information with themselves for better health
improvement of the patient (Rani et. al., 2020).
There can be negative aspects of the counseling can be the treatment failure. This is one
of the negative aspect where treatment can we fail and counselors should not able to provide
better counseling. This can enable patients to get a better delivery of care and provide positive
mental health. There can be risk of treatment failure that may create more difficulty for the
patient to deal with the current situation (Oduh, (2020)). This can also create a negative impact
on an individual where he may think that counseling cannot a help him and he needs to take care
of the situation himself. This can create negative impact on individual mental health and create a
more anxiety and stress which can reduce his mental stability which leads to mental illness (Rani
et. al., 2020).
There is a negative aspect of counseling can be the duration of symptoms which can
create difficulty for the individual. This may have chance to get a trigger about the point, which
create the difficulty for patient through counseling. The counselor may enable the trigger point of
individual that can lead to create more stress within client and may feel negatively impacted
through the counselling. This can be high risk of life and the patient make a suffer more due to
this counselling. Due to deterioration of the symptom, there can be risk of failure of treatment
and they can hurt individual and set about the counseling sessions (Hammonds, (2019)).
It has been observed while delivering counseling session, and there is a need to develop
some micro-skill that can be comfortable for using for better delivery of treatment to the
individual. In this, there is a need to use the listening, empathy, responding and nonverbal
communication which can be highly effective and allow to provide better counseling session to
the individual. These are effective and needed to adopt for better listening about the issues faced
by patient and nonverbal communication can help to make individual. This can allow to process
the further by showing empathy as a counselor. It can be effective for delivering better care of
the patient to make him feel comfortable and their influence to continue the session that can have
positive aspect (Prihandoko, (2020)).
