meetings and set a strategy to involve employees in group activities by conducting
office parties, activities and occasional meet ups. With this experience. I get to
know that people relations are necessary to maintain which creates factors for
motivation and self-growth. So for continuing with good collaboration, office
parties and activities are must to be formal and informal relations that will attract
more employee to be a part of company. Difference creates lack of interpersonal
relations in the workplace that needs to be overcome. Do, I have to be particular
about concerning and raising the issue towards the differences created in the
organisation. So, I have prepared myself to boost my competency level which has
not took much rise. I have to Set professional boundaries for team members. Also,
promote culture differences and overcome barrier. In doing so, I may get some
barrier which may impact on my own development to promote collaboration in
workplace. These are some threats like The departments may create organisation
politics and conflicts, Undignified culture and chain of command, not focus on
particular goals. It ensures major decisions regarding putting right persons in right
groups. Also, there will be key targeted factors that will be easy like behaviour,
attitude and values of different culture that can be found through creating good
relations with the workforce that helps in achieving great response to maintaining
good collaboration. The organization has to put focus on each employee’s
differences and put forward the issues to take the recruitment responsibilities.
