Four dimensions of renewal are defined by Covey to stay positive and energetic. These four
dimensions describe how an individual stay positive and what should an individual do to remain
enthusiastic. These four dimensions are as follows:
1. Physical aspect: Physical size focuses on taking care of our physical body. To have good
physic, an individual should eat healthy food, sleep well, join a sports club and join
fitness classes. For an individual, it is essential to stay healthy. Hence they can adapt
changes and enhance their capacity to work. Regular exercise and stretching are
necessary to bring flexibility in our lives. Healthy food helps an individual to gain
strength and stay energetic (Covey, 2018). Physical dimension encourages an individual to
do work out to have a good physical body.
2. Spiritual dimension: spiritual dimension motivates an individual to follow our values.
Through regular meditation, we can be more centric towards our goals. Spiritual
dimension encourages people to find the purposes of life and continuously develop them.
Spiritual aspects describe the renewal of spirit. It demands an investment of time. Great
music provides energy too. Spiritual renewal is significant for every individual;
otherwise, no one will find a way to accomplish their goals.
3. Mental dimension: Metal dimension talks about how to be mentally renewed. Most of
the development of mind happens into our school life; however, after that by reading
habit, we can expand our consciousness. Good literature provides good knowledge and
