 MS Project is one of the most
used software of Microsoft office.
 This software is specifically used
for managing the projects in
real-time.
 With the help of this software, it
becomes easy to manage the
timelines, analyze the resources,
keep tracks of budget and
progress, and achieve the results
more efficiently (Dearruda,
Marcos & Victor, 2016).

Training offers on MS Project
 To learn the MS Project software,

 Before working on the project, the

project management methodology.
 The training includes video
presentation of task of the project,
preparation of report etc.
 Also, provides training on the
feasibility analysis, development of
the plans, and implementation of

2016).

Why the training is not effective
Although there are benefits of the training and it is effective but there
are some drawbacks also which causes ineffective of the training.
 The training sometimes gives partial results as takes long time to
work.
 Also, it does not sometimes implement the input functions that may
create the issues while working on the software MS Project (Sroka et
al. 2016).
