INTRODUCTION
In this present time period, each and every business firm uses digital technology in order
to making the business successful. Digital technology helps in increasing business activities in a
better or easy manner. Technology aids in changing the process as well as operations of an
organisation. In order to producing better quality of services for consumers, organisations use the
advanced technology in its production process (Ajmal, Helo and Kekäle, 2010). This present
report is based A One Communication Company. IT provides the data communication services
to people so that they can connect with each other. In this present report mentions about the aims
and objectives of this project. Gantt chart and Work breakdown structure to give the stages and
frameworks to completion of project will be discussed in this. The researcher carried out the
research on small scale through applying the quantitative and qualitative methods of
investigation.

P1 Aims and objectives for project
Project- It refers to set planned of interrelated activities to implements over particular
time period with in given cost and some of the other limitations. Project is task and activities that
needs more time as well as efforts.
Problem Statement- Digital technology is used in small size business in order to know
regarding consumers, make improvement in efficiency of operations, minimize cost and also
understand rivals. Skilled and skills manpower are most two necessary elements which can
impact on efficiency of digital technologies. In addition to this, new technologies can change
process of work of small organisation.
Project Strategy- It is an explanatory study to determine opportunities as well as
challenges which can faced through small organisation because of digitalisation. Opportunities
along with the challenges will focus on the performance of business, there is a need of need time
duration and cost for transformation purpose.
Digital technology helps in making the business successful. In this present time period, for
making the business activities easier, every company adopt the technology in a better pr
systematic manner. From the business run in a easy manner and firms can do its operations in a
better way. The main benefit of digital technology is to making the products attractive as well as

continuous basis. In addition to this, cloud computing technology provides better opportunities to
business so that they can share transfer as well as share their data in a safe manner and with in
less time period. There are different social platforms gives better opportunities to the business of
ALDI and through this company can communicate with its consumers in better manner and
convenience them to purchase goods of an organisation. It will be helpful in making positive
brand image of company at market place. In order to expand business in to the new areas, ALDI
needs to arrange the more funds. It is also helpful for managers to implementing operations
of business in better manner and remove all obstacles.
