discriminated on any basis due to their characteristics. While in terms with diversity it is term as
a concept in which difference among individuals get overcome with the help of implementing
positive values among them (Saxena, 2014). Equality and Diversity play important role for
company to promoting healthy workplace culture and effectively fostering better efficiency and
productivity. However it has been identified that there are a number of challenges to equality and
diversity. Racial discrimination is also one of the major challenge of equality and diversity in
which individual get discriminated on the basis of their skin colour, ethnic or racial origin.
Present report has been conducted on the aim of identifying the impact of racial discrimination as
the major challenge of equality and diversity upon organisational productivity. To conduct this
report, AI personnel have been undertaken. In order to accomplish this report proper project
management plan is being developed that helps in conducting each and every activity according
to the budget and cost. In addition to this, researcher will utilize primary method in which
interview is being conducted of 27 respondents those will be employees of company.

Kingdom. It is a small scale company which is having 423 employee at this location.
