with food retailer company, ABC Ltd, which is focusing on doing the acquisition project with DEF
Ltd, objective of expanding their business in different areas of countries. As project has its specific

typical project into simple activities or task for completion of project effectively and efficiently. As
it also considers the work break down structure, Gantt chart and analysing the risk risk of project
with its resolution. Along with this this assignment also includes the case study is also included
which considers and states that the project manages has effective skills and competencies for
performing their job roles as well as the project management process & project life cycle helps the
manager in evaluating and monitoring each & every activities of the project. Also with this it deals
and considers the skills of project management and the process in context to leadership and
administration.

There are so many techniques which helps in developing the estimates and cost for project
budget that companies can use such as Value proposition Budgeting and Zero based budgeting and

5. Control problems while managing the project life cycle. The business organization faces many
problems & challenges while executing the project effectively. As these problems will affects the
life cycle of the project (Schwalbe, 2015). Such problems are Time, cost and quality, inadequate
resource, people, technical, legal, environment, lack of clarity, technology, lack of time and
knowledge, integration, communication, decision & issue resolution, authority & management,
resistance to change, political barrier, organizational structure, business environment and many
more. As some of the challenges and problems are described below.
